09/14/2000 – TDS Press Release

Since 1 August 2000, Michael Neumann has been in charge of the press and public relations work of the global logistics services provider TDS Group. The 35-year-old graduate in business management is assuming this responsibility as part of his position as 'Senior Vice-President Business Development'.

'Business development and communications are vitally important for a rapidly growing company like TDS Group', says Neumann about his new task. 'Our global "one company" approach demands that all our communications activities are integrated. This means that one main contact for the media is more efficient.'

Neumann joined TDS in January 1999. His career has included working with several international logistics services providers before coming to TDS. Until the middle of this year, he was the manager of TDS/E Germany, before being given responsibility for business development worldwide.
