Jos Opdeweegh, President and CEO of TDS Logistics Inc. is pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2001, TDS/US Inc. acquired 40% share ownership of Triflex Industries Inc.

Triflex Industries, located in Michigan, is a Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry specializing in the area of sub-assembly and sequencing. Triflex Industries is a minority certified company, which since its creation has been very successful in developing automotive business with a multitude of different customers.

In concert with this acquisition, we are please to make the following management announcement:

Mark Wright, currently President, Triflex Industries will assume the position of President & CEO, TDS/US Inc., effective June 1.
