TDS automotive European Headquarters is pleased to announce that the TDS plant in Saarwellingen, Germany, has been awarded the prestigious Ford Q1 standards certification.

Following an on-site assessment carried out by Ford Motor Company, the Q1 flag was raised together with some words of praise from the Ford (IEO) International Export Operations Management. The Q1 requirements go significantly further than the traditional ISO Quality Standards and are an assurance that a model of Business Excellence is implemented at the site.

TDS Saarwellingen provides export packing services, including body metal, for the Ford Focus, supporting Ford assembly plants in Hermosillo, Mexico and Pacheco, Argentina.
