The Volkswagen Group has awarded TDS Emden with their “World Championship Trophy for Quality Packaging Audits”. The award was officially presented by Mr. Tietje, Volkswagen Group Quality Management, on 9^th of June in Emden.

This award was in recognition of TDS achieving the highest quality performance of all export packing locations within the Volkswagen Group worldwide in 2005.  From Emden, Germany, TDS has provided consolidation and export packing services for Audi since 2000.  Supplier parts for both the Audi A4 and the A6 are packed by our team for export to the Audi production facility in Changchun, China.
 
TDS earned this award for the excellent quality results of its packaging audits, maintaining a level of 2 PPM (‘parts per million’ error rate) for the complete year 2005.  After the first 6 months of 2006 TDS Emden has achieved a PPM level of 1 PPM.
