Without TDS’ prior permission or the prior permission of the owners of the Other Marks, visitors shall not to display or use in any manner, the TDS logistics Marks or the Other Marks.

Visitors to the site use the site at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tds, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents hereby expressly disclaim any and all representations and warranties of every kind, whether express or implied, regarding the content, and any information or other materials provided by tds on the site. TDS makes no warranty that (i) the site will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate or error-free; or (ii) the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
